Welcome to Logic Harvest! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Logic Harvest platform and any services provided through our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). Logic Harvest is a community platform that connects individuals to list, find, and share homegrown and local produce. We do not handle or facilitate transactions, deliveries, or payments. All arrangements are made directly between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Logic Harvest. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Use the platform to harass or impersonate others
  • Interfere with the platform’s operation or security
  • Harvest or collect information about other users without consent

5. User Listings

If you post items as a grower or provider, you agree to:

  • Ensure your listings are honest and accurate
  • Comply with all applicable laws and health codes
  • Update or remove listings when they are no longer valid
  • Communicate respectfully and promptly with interested users

6. Transactions Between Users

Logic Harvest does not participate in transactions, and does not guarantee, mediate, or resolve disputes. All payments, deliveries, and agreements are arranged directly between users. Use your best judgment when engaging with others on the platform.

7. Content Ownership and License

Users retain ownership of the content they post, but grant Logic Harvest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Logic Harvest provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of listings or user content. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logic Harvest and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Logic Harvest harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our site or emailed to you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Orlando, Florida.
